Application Support Web Developer (AU Client) (Must be exp in HTML5, CSS, Javascript, Bootstrap)

We are seeking for a skilled and detailed-oriented APPLICATION SUPPORT WEB DEVELOPER to join a growing and dynamic Software Development company in Upgrade to see actual infos main product is a web application that is used primarily in the health sector to support the growing industry of interpreter services.

This position encompasses two main responsibilities. The priority is to ensure that all customer support issues are promptly and effectively resolved. Simultaneously, the role requires participation in development projects assigned to you as well as break fix development when required.

Job Description:
Manage Zoho Desk support, respond to customers, follow up on support tickets, and view/test issues reported by customers. Ensure that issues have been resolved by checking in with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution for all support tickets.
Assist developers in testing and documenting issues found during testing and investigating code issues
Proactively communicate with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers while working with minimal supervision and attend stand-up meetings to provide updates on support queue and other dev work
Design, develop, test, and deploy code for new features on the roadmap and support and resolve issues in the application
Identify and continuously improve application, uphold best practices in coding, security, and design, and ensure user interfaces are cross-browser compatible, mobile-responsive, and smooth for end-users
Write clean and efficient code based on specifications and prototypes and use source control to manage the codebase
Contribute to technical and product roadmaps, show a proactive attitude and initiative to get things done, communicate effectively, and learn quickly
Work on full-stack development projects using HTML, JavaScript (including jQuery), and CSS, develop RESTful APIs, and integrate them into web applications
Familiarity with Microsoft Azure platform and understand and mitigate web application vulnerabilities
Work both individually and as part of a development team and have knowledge of web application architecture

Job requirements:

Strong understanding of front-end technologies: JavaScript (including jQuery), HTML5, CSS, and responsive web design frameworks such as Bootstrap
Solid understanding of REST APIs and their integration into web applications
Experience with Java programming language and HCL Xpages (preferred)
Familiarity with source control systems.
