About the Role:

We are seeking a Head Recruiter to lead our talent acquisition efforts and help build our team of top-notch blockchain and IT professionals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of attracting and hiring top talent, as well as a deep understanding of the technology industry.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the recruitment team
Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to attract top talent
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop job descriptions
Source, screen, and interview potential candidates
Manage the hiring process, including offer negotiation and on-boarding
Continuously evaluate and improve the recruitment process
Maintain a deep understanding of the technology industry and stay current on trends and innovations in blockchain technology

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
At least 2 years of experience in technology recruitment, with a focus on blockchain is preferred
Proven experience leading and managing a recruitment team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

This is a full-time position. Working hours are set. Work starts at 9 AM.
