Sales Agent (Water Heater Department)

We are looking for a very motivated person who wants to sell more and more and is eager to learn.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to cusomer inquiries rearding water heater issues;
- Make large amount of outbound sales calls (no cold calls);
- Seize opportunities to sell the service;
- Keep all records in the system up to date and well organized;
- Constantly works towards improving product knowledge and performance level;
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.

Our Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales from 2 years;
- Exceptional customer service, exceptional English skills;
- Ability to set priorities and manage time effectively;
- Strong time management and decision-making skills;
- Ready to work from to work in shifts (5 days with rotational 2 weekly off).

Time zone: PST office hours, night time Philippines time.
