Wordpress/Product Listing VA (2543)

Your primary responsibility will be providing top-notch support to our members and customers. This includes responding to customer issues, debugging website problems, product listing, and offering helpful solutions.

To be successful in this role, you should have the following:
- At least 2 years of experience working with WordPress
- Skilled in PHP, CSS, MySQL, and HTML.
- You'll need to have a good understanding of the WordPress platform
- Be able to diagnose issues, and have excellent problem-solving skills. \
- Great interpersonal communication skills are a must, as you'll be working closely with customers and colleagues.
- Responsible for creating a streamlined layout, writing content to describe listings, optimizing copy for online search, and writing content to tell listings.
- Assist in improving older listings to increase sales and ratings.

If you're a team player who thrives in a motivated, distributed support team and can work full-time (40 hours per week), we would love to hear from you. Fluency in English is essential to communicate effectively, and the ability to work with impressive response times and quality work between deadlines is highly valued.
