Amazon Ecommerce Admin Task Support and Copywriting

We are looking for an experienced Amazon Virtual Assistant to become part of our team. You will be responsible for Keyword research and copywriting. You will receive training on more technical tasks in the future.

Virtual Assistant Job Responsibilities:
1. Conduct extensive keyword research using mainstream software tools
2. Monitor keyword performance to ensure effective indexing and ranking
3. Strategically optimize listing titles, bullet points, product descriptions, and backend keywords
4. Troubleshoot and address issues with product listings
5. Setup and revise product variations using flat file uploads
6. Create and maintain product listings on multiple e-commerce platforms Conduct keyword research to identify relevant keywords and phrases.
7. Creating comprehensive keyword lists organized by relevance, search volume, and competition level.
8. Analyzing search terms used by customers to identify patterns and trends.
9. Optimizing product listings by incorporating relevant keywords and phrases.
10. Monitoring and adjusting keyword strategies based on performance metrics such as search rankings, click-through rates, and conversion rates.

Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year Amazon VA working experience
- Familiar with and comply with Amazon policies for listing and account safety

- Exceptional English Communication Skills
- MS Excel and Google Sheet knowledge
- You have a passport (Valid for Legal and ID Verification purposes)
- A team player who can work well and be trusted without too much supervision.
- A very good researcher, you are able to scour the internet to find relevant and concise information

Preferred:
- Experience in a similar role.
- Experience with Project Management tools (Trello, Basecamp)
- Experience in using software tools such as Helium 10 is an advantage
- Experience with other E-commerce platforms (Ebay, Walmart, Shopify, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills.
- Stable, high-speed internet connection and a reliable computer
