Attributes you must have:
- Availability to work full time
- Great spoken and written English
- An ability to learn technical things quickly
- Proven experience as a .NET Developer
- Familiarity with the ASP.NET framework, SQL Server and design/architectural patterns (e.g. Model-View-Controller (MVC)
- Solid knowledge of C# and HTML5/CSS3
- Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC)
- Understanding of Agile methodologies
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
- Attention to detail
- At a location where fast internet is available (ideally fibre)
Skills that would be beneficial for you to bring to the table include great people skills and an ability to communicate with people at all levels.
Tech skills such as the following would be great - however these are NOT essential as we recognise that people who are fast learners will acquire the necessary skills on the job:
- Expertise in Secure Software Development best practices
- BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field

Your goal initially will be to work with our internal teams to design, develop and maintain software. The scope and the projects will expand in time.
Responsibilities Include:
- Participate in requirements analysis
- Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture
- Write clean, scalable code
- Test and deploy applications and systems
- Revise, update, refactor and debug code
- Improve existing software
- Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support
- Keeping strong documentation
Work hours will be primarily aligned with Philippines timezone.
