We are looking to hire a system administrator to provide technical support to our clients via help desk & live chat. Our company provides Windows VPS / cloud hosting services to retail clients.
Applicants *MUST* have previous experience working with Windows Server edition. The job will require that you know how to use Windows Remote Desktop as well as basic hardware, software, and network knowledge & troubleshooting.
- You will be communicating with clients and potential clients via support ticket & live chat.
- Performing basic technical support tasks requested by clients – including but not limited to; server restarts, checking server connection, and installing software on Windows servers.
- Additionally during your shift you maybe required to answer basic questions about our service (sales questions) to potential clients.
You will be expected to work Monday – Friday approximately 12:00AM EST – 8:00AM EST. You will have Saturday and Sunday off.
