We are seeking a skilled Junior SEO Specialist to join our team. As a Junior SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting keyword research, building meta titles and descriptions, and implementing on-page optimization techniques. You should be proficient in using SEO tools such as AHREFS, Search Console, and Google Analytics.

You should also have content writing skills as it is crucial to the job. You should be familiar with basic backlinking and be able to work closely with our development team to ensure SEO best practices are implemented on our Shopify-based online store.

Responsibilities:

Conduct keyword research to identify target keywords and phrases
Build meta titles and descriptions for website pages
Optimize website content using on-page SEO techniques
Utilize SEO tools such as AHREFS, Search Console, and Google Analytics to track and report on website performance
Work with the content team to create and optimize new website content
Build and maintain a basic backlinking profile
Monitor website performance and identify areas for improvement
Work closely with the development team to ensure best practices are implemented on our Shopify-based online store
Requirements:

1-2 years of experience as an SEO specialist
Knowledge of SEO tools such as AHREFS, Search Console, and Google Analytics
Proficient in conducting keyword research and building meta titles and descriptions
Content writing skills
Basic backlinking knowledge
Shopify knowledge and development skills are a plus
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
