Luxury Health Sales - Business Development Account Executive Role - Full-time or Part-time

Drive new business growth by establishing and managing new strategic alliances.

We look for this role to maintain a pulse on everything that impacts our members, help manage existing member relationships, ensure the retention of clients, and grow our client base by cultivating referrals and opportunities.

Specifically, you will be asked to do the following:

Expand & Drive New Business

Generate, lead, and facilitate new client meetings to understand goals and objectives, present recommendations, address questions and concerns, and understand when to bring in the health team for more advanced collaboration and strategy.
Generate referrals from existing Upgrade to see actual infoliver a superior client service experience for all clients by maintaining an all-hands-on-deck mentality to support our purpose of expanding health potential.

Strategic Alliance Development
Develop relationships with strategic partners, proactively seeking touchpoints to leverage partnerships to deepen and enrich our member experience Upgrade to see actual infoek referrals from our Strategic Alliance Partners.
Lead the planning and execution of strategic alliance events and activities, with marketing support as needed.

Perferred Skills & Experience:

+5 years of luxury business development experience serving a luxury or high-end product or service to a high-net-worth audience.
A passion for helping clients achieve their goals, and a desire to strengthen alliance partnerships to facilitate this work
Have a strong network with high-net-worth individuals.
Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
Knowledge and excitement of health, longevity, medical testing, or medical and fitness-related concepts
BONUS - Advanced understanding of medical technology or enjoy learning and teaching others about it.

--What’s the salary range?--

We want fantastic people that can grow with us - not people who are just going to put in their required hours and call it a day. I promise we’re generous, have a base salary, uncapped commissions, profit sharing, and reward people big time who show results.
--Do I need a college degree?--
You just need to be excellent. We always like to see the classic underdog story that demonstrates to the world that they don’t need a fancy degree to crush it. That said, some of our team have nerdy advanced degrees, MBAs, etc.

--This sounds pretty good, though I’m still skeptical that this isn’t a pyramid scheme.--
