Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented sales coordinator to contribute to the achievement of sales targets by supporting lead generation specialists and telemarketers, coordinating sales activities, and maintaining good customer relationships. The sales coordinator's responsibilities include supporting sales, ensuring order satisfaction, coordinating with other departments, motivating staff, handling administrative duties, and promoting customer satisfaction.

To be a successful sales coordinator, you should have excellent organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills. You should also possess strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and grow leads
- Create strategy in increasing number of clients and at the same time communicate with our existing clients
- Manage the wholesale team consists of lead generation specialist and telemarketer.
- Maintain the structure of the CRM (Pipedrive experience is an advantage!)
- Well-versed in using tools such as CRM & Asana in terms of delegation and follow up of the tasks
- Coordinate with marketing team to build strategy to have more repeat customers
- Set KPIs for the wholesale team – making sure that everyone has reached their KPIs, and it must be set ideally.
- Help in creating documents for process or training documents that might be useful in the wholesale department
- Communicate with wholesale director in terms of challenges that are being faced within the team

Skills and Requirements:

- 2-3+ Years experience in Business Development and Sales Experience in the B2B - Business to Business sector
- Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
- Proficient with CRM tools such as Pipedrive and Telephone Systems (3cx)
- Proficient in English and must be an excellent communicator and presentor
- Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
- Persistent, results and goal-oriented
- Patient and able to handle customer rejection
- Familiar with Video Game or Funko Pop is a good asset
