As we expand our operations, we seek a talented and customer-oriented Live Chat Support Representative to join our team.
You are expected to work GMT +8 12 mn- 9 am Monday-Saturday. We only accept FULL TIME. Do not apply if you cannot meet our requirements.
Responsibilities:
-Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through live chat promptly and professionally.
-Assist customers with product information, order status, account inquiries, and troubleshooting.
-Identify and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or tea
-Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
-Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends.
Requirements:
-Previous experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in a live chat or online environment.
-Excellent written communication skills with solid typing speed and accuracy.
-Proficiency in using live chat software, CRM systems, and other customer support tools.
-Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
-Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
-Empathy and patience when dealing with customers, ensuring a positive experience.
-Fluency in English is a must.
