JOB OVERVIEW

We're a home business service company who is rapidly expanding. We sell roofing, painting and window replacement service. We're looking for a rockstar phone agent who can talk confidently to customers and can also sell our services over the phone.

This is a salary + BONUS position paid weekly. You will receive a commission for each sale that you convert.

This is a long-term position we are Upgrade to see actual infondidate must also be willing to work during working hours of United States time zone.

We handle all of the marketing to get inbound leads. Your primary job will be to answer the phone from prospects when they call. Your other primary role will be to schedule estimates with our customers and to convert them to sales as well as coordinate our services with subcontractors who complete the work.

Required Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls to from customers who are looking to book project estimates with our company
- Gather information and Qualify leads to set appointments
- Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to book projects and sell them on our services.
- Schedule/coordinate various projects with subcontractors to ensure the work is done for our customers.
- Input/manage prospects inside database/CRM
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and activities
- Communicate daily with team leader
- Must work during United States time zone (Central Standard Time)
- Must have own high speed internet connection


Job-Specific Requirements

- Must have at least 2 years of phone sales and inbound phone communication
- Must consistently practice, efficiently memorize, and quickly internalize team dialogue and scripts
- Create a sense of comfort and familiarity through ability to build rapport with customers
- Ability to listen intently to the conversation and guide the prospect to their next step
- Must be solution-oriented and communicate consistently with team leader
- Must have a confident telephone voice
- Detail oriented enough to track our customers from prospect to close of sale
- Candidate will also complete various other tasks when not answering phones
