I am looking for a big energy, sales person to work warm and cold leads, build trust, analyze values, property condition, make offers and close deals. Follow up is mandatory. You must be willing to follow a proven sales process and be ok with constant reporting and accountability. We will help train, but expect you to learn and implement what you are learning. You have to be willing to learn on your own and be a self starter and self motivated. Weekly sales and leadership training. We believe in constant improvement.
