I Need A Fulltime Software Developer For WP Plugins and SaaS Softwares

I am looking for a full time developer/coder to work as part of my company on a long term basis. Basically i want someone that can code all types of softwares (mostly wp plugins and SaaS) and can bring my ideas to life. I am a fulltime product creator and do very well with that, the next natural progression is to move into selling softwares to our customers. Not being a very technical person myself, i am looking for someone that knows exactly what they are doing, can be given an idea, and show the initiative to run with it, get the job completed, and help my business prosper. As my fulltime lead developer you would be a very important part of the business, and would enjoy many perks with such a position, including bonuses etc. I am easy to work for, but obviously expect results delivered on a timely basis. I am looking for someone that is honest, etchical, and will go the extra mile to make sure we are delivering quality products to our customers.
