Now, we're looking for a quick learner, self-driven, and positive individual who can match our kind, fun, and supportive team. We're willing to train the right candidate because we believe in investing in our team.

As our Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for understanding our current workflow and client load, building out a sales flow and process, and implementing an effective sales system. You'll be the first point of contact for new leads, and you'll need to respond immediately and construct and deliver proposals/quotes to clients. Following up with clients as necessary and inputting the data into our CRM system is also a crucial part of the role.

To achieve this, you'll need to have experience with IT MSPs or IT consulting and be independent, proactive, and an expert in your field. You'll be using the following tools and platforms: PipeDrive CRM, PandaDoc / DocuSign, Dialpad VoIP, Drift Chat, Slack, and Zapier.

We're looking for a dedicated, fast-paced, and detail-oriented individual to take on this role. The upfront work will be significant, including building out the system, catching up on existing warm and cold leads, and sending out quotes.
