Assistant accountant Xero

Accounting assistant for mainly Australian clients
Work in small friendly and professional team

Please note that we are willing to consider undergraduates or recent with a great attitude who have achieved exceptional results at University.

Salary is negotiable, depending on experience and includes:
10 days paid sick leave p.a.
20 days paid annual leave p.a.
13 month pay
fully paid local and national holidays for Philippines
plenty of ongoing training

Job involves:
- Client invoicing, using MinuteDock and Xero, plus Gsheets
- Payroll using XE and Xero
- Digital collation of financial statements, tax returns using GSuite, Xero
- Preparation of Corporate minutes, permanent records for accounting clients

Qualities needed:
- Love to learn
- High attention to detail
- Enjoy working as part of a high quality team
- Focused on continual improvement
- Fundamental accounting skills

Working with Xero, MYOB or Quickbooks will be an advantage, but it is not required.
