We are a team of eCommerce entrepreneurs recruiting a Technology Platform Manager to join us. We specialize in physical product brands currently operating 8 brands in the following markets: dietary supplements, tea, natural skincare, cosmetics, and bulk health foods, spices, and sweeteners.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience as Platform Manager.
Knowledge in Ai is a big plus
Has extensive knowledge in ClickUp, Slack and Google Drive and other platforms.
Knowledge in coding, automations and use integrations like Zapier
Outstanding verbal and written skills, and experience working with employees on all levels.
Ability to develop and apply principles, methods and tools to analyze business challenges
Understands current technology and how its being utilized from a business operation perspective
Must be a resourceful problem solver and must possess strong leadership skills
Experience in developing and/or leading training a plus
Strong project management, prioritization, and organizational skills
Adept with SOP creation for all platforms
Mind Maps Specialist (can create Mind Maps for organization, SOPs & idea building)
Self-motivated and enjoys working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
Can commit to full-time and up to 40 hours per week.
How you will create Value:
Understanding of Novaeo Tree and alignment of all our platforms including GDrive in the
Code the acronyms, suffix and prefix in
Acts as point person for ClickUp, handles all spaces, folders, lists, tasks, subtasks, as well as organization, integration and automation.
Manage technology related projects and site rollovers and site platform transitions
Strengthen knowledge and execution culture across the system
Leverage project management tools and processes to lead and manage project
Build mind maps for SOPs, File Organization, Project Management, and Workspaces (including Asana Workspace Tree)
SOP management & organization
Builds systems & processes for better file management & workspaces
What’s in it for you:
Starting Salary Range: $650-$800
