80Twenty Capital is a holding company that owns and operates 3 ecommerce brands and a podcasting channel. Our mission is to provide high-quality products to our customers, and we are committed to creating a seamless online shopping experience. We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a B2B Sales Expert.

The B2B Sales Expert will be responsible for generating new engagements by cold calling potential leads, building relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales and a track record of success in sales. We are working with mid to large-scale establishments like nursing homes, dog kennels, and commercial sectors. Leads will be provided to you.

This is a remote position and can be done from anywhere in the world.

Role/Responsibilities:

-Make outbound calls and set up appointments with decision-makers to discuss our products and services.
-Build relationships with potential clients and follow up with them on a regular basis.
-Work with the internal teams to provide customized product solutions that meet the needs of potential clients.
-Close deals and meet or exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.
-Maintain a pipeline of potential clients and track sales progress using CRM software.

Requirements:

-2+ years of experience with B2B sales
-Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in a sales environment.
-Excellent cold-calling, negotiation, and closing skills.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Self-motivated and driven to exceed sales targets.
-Strong organizational and time-management skills.
-Experience with Asana is a plus

This is a commission-only position with unlimited earning potential. Our commission structure offers up to 10% revenue share.
