JOB OVERVIEW

***ALL APPLICANTS MUST HAVE CURRENT OUTGOING APPOINTMENT SETTER EXPERIENCE (Excellent Phone Skills... MANDATORY)**

We are a real estate sales team located in Northern California.
This position has huge income Upgrade to see actual infopensation consists of $ every month as a base plus bonuses.

Ideal candidates will have some debt collection experience (although not required), a background or some understanding of the real estate industry, and a successful track record of appointment setting, a self-starter with a strong initiative and great communicator. High energy, positive, win-win attitude, passionate about being a part of a team and growth!

The ideal candidate must be persistent with strong ASSERTIVE PHONE skills and be comfortable with a routine of CALLING 250+
OUTGOING CALLS PER DAY.

This position requires independent decision-making skills, being self-sufficient and being self-directed with strong attention to detail while thriving on establishing and nurturing personal relationships.

The Job Description Includes:
- CALL ALL 250+ leads provided daily.
- Monitor and track website registrations.
- 80% OF THE DAY SPENT ON THE PHONE
- Maintain contact database by receiving leads from the team, sourcing the leads, assigning them for follow up, and entering them for ongoing relations
- Provide lead follow-up tracking, appointments and conversions #'s daily in end of day report

Tools We Use:
We use Sierra Interactive, Ylopo, Follow Up Boss (FUB), Google Suite, Mojo Dialer, CallAction, Slack, and RedX

results and Upgrade to see actual infodividual must have a strong sense of urgency,
following through on deadlines and consistently meeting job standards.
