About the Role:
We are looking for a LinkedIn Marketing and Prospecting Specialist to join our dynamic and fast-growing marketing team. The ideal candidate is an expert in leveraging LinkedIn for marketing and lead generation and has a proven track record of success in prospecting and nurturing leads through the sales funnel.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive LinkedIn marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and lead generation
Manage the company's LinkedIn page and ensure its optimization for lead generation
Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and target high-value prospects
Create and manage targeted LinkedIn advertising campaigns to reach prospects and drive lead generation
Collaborate with the sales team to identify target markets and develop lead nurturing campaigns
Analyze and report on campaign performance, making recommendations for optimization and improvement
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in LinkedIn marketing and lead generation
Requirements:

1+ years of experience in LinkedIn marketing and lead generation
In-depth knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and advertising platforms
Strong understanding of B2B marketing and lead generation best practices
Experience creating and executing successful lead nurturing campaigns
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and data-driven decision making skills
Proven track record of achieving marketing and lead generation goals
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
