Amazon Account Specialist

An Amazon Account Specialist is independent minded, self-motivated and detail oriented. He/she should have a deep analytical thinking and a good attention to details. Collect all the data and get the best ideas and suggestions out of that. The goal is that her/his work in the backend, controls what is happening in the frontend.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Compile the data in a simple manner so it can be easily read.
- Draw conclusions out of the available data and make suggestion based on that.
- Identify any changes, updates and improvements on the Amazon website & mobile app.
- Identify any changes, updates and improvements that our competition has made.
- Identify patterns and customer behaviours based on the data we have.
- Has to be able to take action immediately when an update/change happens on Amazon.
