VCS is a privately held credit management, education, and media firm that provides credit management and business education to people and media outlets all over the world through services, books, seminars and speaking engagements.

We are currently looking for three inside relationship representative who are highly motivated, detail oriented and want to help us make an impact on the world.

We are currently looking to add to our virtual sales/customer support team.


We are looking for positive, energetic customer service oriented teaUpgrade to see actual infombers who will support our sales team.


As an virtual customer relationship representative you are a vital part of the team.


Directly through your efforts, our credit advisors will be able to close our newest leads.

**Here's what you'll be doing:**


+ Connecting with new and warm leads at the point of opting in to our funnels, websites or social community


+ Making outgoing calls to new (warm) leads from Go High Level and Salesforce.


+ Primarily, you'll be connecting with and determining if a new lead is a prospective client and if so, you'll be helping them to schedule a discovery session with a Credit Advisor


+ Leveraging company created scripts to connect with new leads, warm leads and previous clients


+ Making follow up calls to leads , clients and live events attendees of speaking at events


+ Participating as part of the call campaign team for program launches and live events


+ Returning calls from new leads to help them schedule an appointment with a sales teaUpgrade to see actual infomber (Credit Advisor)


+ Documenting Go High Level and Salesforce our customer relationship management system with the results and tracking each new lead/contact assigned to you


+ Track, manage and report on your assigned leads


+ Building strong relationships with our cherished clients and referrals


**Basic Requirements:**

* Direct client care experience

* Fluent in English - written and verbal

* Strong technical aptitude (Go High Level, Salesforce, Fonality, and able to learn QuickBooks payment processing)

* Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, Mac platform, and Google Docs/Sheets

* Able to work extra hours for special projects, launches, and live events

This can be a part-time virtual position with the potential to grow into a prime or full time position as need dictates.
