Are you a Lion? Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist Needed!

We need a beast! Someone who can come in and perform, day one, as an acquisitions specialist for our real estate investment firm. You will be calling/texting warm leads, nurturing relationships, and negotiating the best possible deal for us using traditional and creative finance options. Prerequisites include (in order of importance)

1) Real estate acquisitions experience
2)English 8-10 out of 10
3)Critical thinking ability
4)Willingness/ability to learn (we constantly educate our team and boost their abilities to perform)
5)Rapport building ability
6)Work ethic
