JOB OVERVIEW

Our financial services customer is seeking a Business Development Specialist who will primarily focus on cold calling potential clients to generate leads and sales. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be comfortable working with a dialer, and have experience in sales and marketing.

Responsibilities:
- Use a dialer to cold call potential clients and generate leads
- Follow up on leads via email and text
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies
- Provide excellent customer service to potential and existing clients
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics

Requirements:
- At least two years of experience in a cold calling or sales role
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with people
-Versatile and adaptable to different sales situations and customer needs
- Strong critical thinking skills to identify and pursue potential opportunities
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
- Excellent English skills, both written and verbal
