Amazon Client Success Manager

What are we looking for:



MultiplyMii is in search of an Amazon Client Success Manager who will be working with our client based in the US. Our client empowers Amazon sellers to increase their profits and rapidly scale their businesses. Specializes in perfecting Amazon listings to help get products more visibility, business plan analysis, strategic planning, and beyond.



The main goal of the role is to ensure that the agency’s clients have a great experience, aid business clients in taking full advantage of products, drive sales by influencing product upgrades, and manage and sustain relationships with customers. You should have a good knowledge of Amazon PPC and Marketing, as you will be communicating with the Agency’s clients about their accounts.



Beyond your experience, we are also looking for someone who is professional and possesses impeccable English language communication skills both written and verbal.



This role is 100% work from Upgrade to see actual info this role, you will:



Run the agency’s client onboarding meetings
Ownership of client communications
Communicate with the Agency’s clients about their accounts
Responsible to update clients on project statuses, timelines, and deadlines (Strong project management)
Help set KPIs and ensure we're measuring client success and employee success
Analyze client success scores and determine how to improve
Advise and provide internal updates and project progress
Provide updated ETAs, advise on issues that arise, and provide a solid update on project completion
Focused on customer loyalty and building close long-term client relationships
Provide a clearer understanding of project timelines, progress, updates, and completion
Same responsibilities for regular account progress: Handle the communication of reporting, monthly/periodic meetings as needed, etc.
Work with the Ad Analytics team to communicate client targets, evaluate where we are in relation to those goals, and coordinate steps to progress and improve
Work closely with the Content Manager for client presentations and visually appealing graphics


About You:
Core qualifications:

Must have experience and is comfortable with Client Facing
Must be creative, proactive, and OPTIMISTIC in addressing client issues. Client solution-oriented
Must understand Amazon very well (quality listings and content, a strong understanding of conversion rates and advertising platform)
Experience with Amazon account management - maintaining the health of the product, making sure product listings on Amazon and other platforms are optimized, watching the competitive landscape for similar products, pricing optimizations, review management, inventory monitoring, product launches, Amazon PPC
Strong analytical and reporting skills including measuring performance and KPIs, and love for structure and organization
Excellent communication skills - Must be fluent/native in the English language (this is a communication-based position)
Must have good organization skills, as they will need to keep track of multiple client needs, and even multiple projects at the same time for some clients
Should be good at collaboration and working with other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers
Have experience in using Clickup and Asana
