Customer Support, Data & Email Marketing Assistant

We're looking for a full time general virtual assistant with good written & verbal English communication skills for an Online Music Education Website. Your main role will be looking after our customers via our support desk, creating spreadsheets and helping run our email marketing software.

Customer support and social media management experience is a plus but not a Upgrade to see actual infondidates with musical experience would be a benefit but again, not a must.

Day to day tasks will include:

Answering Email Support via Help Scout
Creating spreadsheet reports and managing our students / subscriptions using google sheets
Sending emails using our email marketing software Active Campaign

The ideal VA for us will:

Have great people skills.
Be highly organized.
Be able to follow instructions and work to a consistently high standard.
Be Able to think for themselves but also not shy to ask questions to really understand the tasks we set for them
Be open to upskilling and learning more (we like to reward our people and have them move into different areas of the business if they want and are open to learning)
Be a team player and willing to work in other areas of the business if needed.
Have experience with software tools such as Help Scout, G Suite, Slack, Kleq, zapier & Active Campaign.

What we require of you:
Attend & Contribute to teaUpgrade to see actual infoetings typically every Monday, 11am UK Time.
Work Monday to Friday and one to two weekends per month on customer support.
Work 40 hours a week in total.


There will be paid holidays, ongoing training and development if you want.
