Media Agency Account Manager

Icarus Digital Marketing is looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our team and help manage our Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns for high risk industry brands.

The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of digital marketing and Facebook/Instagram advertising, as well as experience in working with high risk industry brands.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a professional relationship with our clients
• Monitor and analyze client campaigns to ensure success
• Communicate with clients on a regular basis via scheduled calls on Zoom and Slack
• Ensure client satisfaction by providing timely, effective and accurate solutions to client inquiries
• Prepare reports on campaign performance and provide feedback to clients
• Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing and/or Facebook/Instagram advertising
• Experience working with high risk industry brands (e.g. Cannabis, CBD, Delta 8, dating sites, crypto, etc.)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of social media management tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
