Virtual Leads & Sales Assistant for fast growing Switzerland Digital Agency.

We are looking to hire a virtual assistant with a focus on lead generation and outbound outreach to join our fun, a bit crazy, but always hard-working digital agency based in Zurich, Switzerland! :) We are growing!

Flexible hours, upbeat outrageous team, and extremely interesting projects.

We do creative marketing strategies for our clients (mostly focused on Linkedin, email outreach, etc.) and implement them from a to z.

You will be working very closely with our main sales guy and you will be basically his right hand. He is the main salesperson and will be doing sales calls and meetings.

We are looking for someone who:

- LOVES talking to clients via email
- We have a huge and impressive portfolio, so you have a lot of proof to send to the clients
- Highly organized with their pipeline
- Generate interested leads
- Follow up with interested leads
- Can think on their feet
- Knowledgable about marketing

On any single day, you might do these types of tasks:

BUSINESS TASKS:

- Creating sales strategy
- Researching for new leads
- Nurturing leads
- LinkedIn prospecting
- Click Up project management
- CRM Hubspot — Responding to prospects who reach out to us every day to request a demo and tagging new prospects
- Leads research and organization in Google sheets
- Prospects follow up
- Creating and optimising Google Docs to have a clear overview of our data
- Finding great service providers


YOU MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE:

- Come up with a sales strategy for selling digital services like google ads, LinkedIn management, email marketing, etc.
- Create sales pipelines using Hubspot
- Generate Leads in any original way you want!
- Prospect on LinkedIn
- Come up with sales email series
- etc.

Bluntly, we are looking for someone who is experienced in sales, knows lead generation, brings results, and is willing to stay and grow with us in the long term. Of course, we will provide full guidance and support.

I’m a fair but demanding boss. You should be a self-starter, enjoy organizing data and information, learn new skills and be fun to work with.
