We are looking for a highly creative, UX professional with advanced level research capabilities. To be successful in this position you must have experience (and be willing to learn new techniques) running intelligent tests, analyzing results, using good judgment, and making sound decisions based on user data. You know how to form a hypothesis, develop a strategy, design compelling graphics, and measure the results.

To Be Considered for This Position, You Will Need To:

- Demonstrate responsive design experience that dynamically changes to fit any screen/on any device without compromising site speed, functionality, or user experience.

- Plan interfaces that are straightforward and intuitive with repeatable actions that guide our users to the desired outcome in the shortest amount of time

- Explain your understanding of how web fonts, image formats, and style sheets can be managed to optimize site speed and maintain consistency.


You Will Be:

- Planning and running regular A/B tests

- Analyzing heat maps

- Forming hypothesis’ and measuring results

- Optimizing product images and maintaining a well-organized, accessible database

- Designing email marketing, display ads, social media posts, Amazon A+ content, and more

- Creating videos using product images
