Finance Manager

The Finance Manager role requires someone with a high level of understanding of Financial practices, Accounting, and Audit.


Key Responsibilities:

Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and Counsel, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition
Coordinate and prepare the company’s budget and financial forecasts and report variances
Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements
Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting
Research technical accounting issues for compliance
Support month-end and year-end close process
Analyze financial statements and provide the Executive team with sufficient information for strategy creation and implementation
Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
Manage and comply with local, state, national (PH) and federal (US) government reporting requirements and tax filings
Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
Manage payroll processing
Coordinate with banks and manage bank relationships
Mentor and manage financial staff
Additional controller duties as necessary
Collaborate with other teams to ensure that the financial targets are met
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments in financial management, accounting and compliance
Perform other related duties as assigned


Requirements:

Must be a licensed CPA
5+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and Management
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
