Social Media & Content Manager

Your primary role will be to help our business grow it's through content & social media marketing.

KPIs:
- Instagram Growth Rate
- Instagram Engagement Rate
- YouTube Subscriber Growth Rate
- Email marketing open rate

Content Marketing:
- Upload Blog posts and format, add visuals, do basic SEO
- Pitch blog post ideas based on trends & SEO
- Upload videos to YouTube, prepare thumbnails and do basic video SEO
- Repurpose existing video and written blog content into social media posts

Social Media Management:
- Prepare a social media plan for Instagram each month (give an outline for reels, stories, and posts)
- At least 12 posts per month (3 per week)
- Write captions
- Schedule and post content
- Create graphics

Note: video editor will be provided, we have one in-house, and we have additional graphics support if required.


Email Marketing:
- Write and schedule one email per month
