Seeking an exceptional customer service representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Associate who is hardworking and personable. Our desired applicant will work toward helping our brand get to the next level who can help us by providing the right answers and timely service. We need someone with the right attitude, the drive to succeed, and a great personality.

This home-based role will entail responding to customer Emails and phone calls and hand-holding customers through our order process. This job is for someone who has attention to detail and is precise in their work.

Candidates must be willing to undergo rigorous training to become an expert in print production, print prepress and go above and beyond the basic job description to make sure that clients are serviced with the best possible solutions. He/She should be able to help others on the team with any tasks they may require his/her expertise for.

Candidates must have or be willing to install reliable internet capable of handling VOIP calls.

Responsibilities

Handling the day-to-day inside sales and customer service duties
Occasionally conducting outbound follow-up calls to prequalified leads
Working closely with other departments to discuss goals and channel resources, and reporting progress to the management team
