Job Overview
We are innovative online eCommerce company focused on Amazon eCommerce sales. We have a long track record of success and is constantly trying to improve processes to make them more efficient and prosperous. We are looking for Customer Service Representatives. This is a project-based position and will run for 3-4 months.
The key task and responsibilities include:
• Assists customers about their orders and correcting post sales problems.
• Ensures timely processing of customer orders and helps resolves customer disputes.
• Ensures customer service
knowledgeable manner
• Identifies system and workflow improvements to enhance efficiency
• Resolves customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the
best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure
resolution.
• Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause
of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction
or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
Customer Service Qualifications:
• At least 2 years’ customer service experience in Amazon
• At least 2 years’ working to resolve customer complaints and queries
• Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with customers
• Good comprehension skills - ability to clearly understand and state the issues of the customer
• Effective problem-solving skills
• Ability to empathize with and prioritize customer needs
• Ability to Multitask
Willing to work on graveyard shift (preferably U.S time)
Applicants must have clear and professional English speaking skills, a reliable high-speed Internet connection, and basic knowledge of MS Office.
