We a small advertising agency helping businesses to manage and scale their paid advertising. We are hiring an Ads Specialist to help launch and manage client advertising campaigns across Google Ads,
The position requires the Ads Specialist to undertake the following key responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage Google Ads on behalf of multiple clients across different business models (healthcare, financial services, and nonprofit).
- Setup and maintain conversion tracking for Google Ads & Google Analytics 4 (and other platforms).
- Implement Search, display, and video tests for new campaigns and build account structures based on objectives.
- Manage the daily campaign optimization efforts across keywords, ads, and ad groups.
- Produce reports on campaign results, using performance data to extract key learnings to improve and inform future strategies on a bi-weekly or monthly basis.
- Manage bid rules and optimization efforts at the campaign, audience and ad levels to drive account performance
- Keep current on the latest trends in search advertising industry and propose new ideas to further enhance campaign tactics and capabilities.
- Help clients launch new on channels like Linkedin, TikTok, and more.
The ideal candidate for this roll is
- has has a good experience of building and scaling successful advertising campaigns
- Up-to-date understanding of Google and
- has strong english communication skills (verbal and written)
- Is comfortable working on a timeline
- can comfortably receive and implement feedback
- enjoys the creative process and collaborating with others.
- Enjoys diving into data and extracting insights.
- Is comfortable managing multiple projects at once.
