Receptionist/Deal Closer

Looking for someone with experience in Sales! This is the perfect opportunity for the person who has mastered the art of closing the deal! Your primary responsibility will be answering incoming calls and messages from potential clients looking to book services and closing the deal. The second is reaching out to local businesses via phone, email, mailers, etc offering our janitorial services. With Covid-19 forcing many changes in our world today one need that has taken off is Sanitization and Disinfecting services. This is a service we are currently offering in addition to reoccurring cleanings.


Job Description
-Close the loop on any incoming leads/potential clients (whether by phone, email, or platforms we advertise on)
-Creating lists of potential leads
-Outreach daily (via email, text, and phone)
-Working with Marketing to create any needed documents for clients
-Scheduling site assessments for leads who are interested in getting a price for services
-Working with Field Techs to complete walkthroughs of successfully booked site assessments

This job is paid via base salary and commission bonuses for any sales made or new contracts acquired.
This job is part-time (20-30hrs/week) but can easily move to full-time with the right candidate. This is a long-term position
