Full Time Reliable Phone Sales/Customer Service persons required to join our growing team. Our ideal candidate would have both sales and management experience in a BPO or corporate setting.

We are a US home service company operating in multiple cities. Your role will require stellar customer service, sales, understanding of operations, and efficient management skills.

Minimum Requirements:
- For Self-Starters Only. We reward those that take initiative and are proactive.
- Excellent communication. This role will be a mix of phone, email and text messaging.
- Excellent organization and multitasking to manage multiple task at any given time
- Must be highly proficient with computers, excel, online software
- Be humble
- Be open and honest, even about mistakes
- Be resourceful, get stuff done
- Be curious, Be willing to learn

Must haves
- Reliable internet
- Power generator or backup power for power outages
- Home office setup (computer & headphones)
- Quiet environment for calls (no barking or chickens please!)
- Comfortable working USA hours

Daily Duties On an Average day
- SELLING
- Problem solving and constant improvement for the company's and customer's benefit
- Handling all inbound emails, phone calls and voicemails
- Calling new leads promptly and converting them to customers
- Troubleshoot for customers and resolve issues efficiently
- Follow up and obtain feedback from customers
- Managing company operations
- Managing external vendors
- Respond to hot leads ASAP
- Assigning and scheduling jobs
- Handover and Reporting
