eCommerce Assistant - Flexible Hours

I am looking for a virtual assistant for full-time work. Pay 250 USD per month for full-time work, 35 hours per week. Guaranteed work for at least 6 months. Hours are very flexible. Must work a minimum of 30 minutes per day but must work a total of 35 hours per week. Must not have a second job. I am hoping to keep the employee on indefinitely for 5+ years. Increase in pay after 6 months.
I am very focused on moving fast and efficiently. I am looking for someone who learns quickly with minimal direction. They must take a lot of action and continually work to improve themselves.
Most of what you will be doing is watching a video tutorial then solving problems related to what you watched or learned.
Some of the tasks you will be doing:
Ecommerce store management
Basic customer support
Basic marketing and branding
Basic graphic/video design - Tools will be provided
Market research
Social media management
Tasks related to managing a blog/store/website and company brand
Requirements:
Must have good website management skills
Must use Google Chrome web browser.
Must have experience using tools such as Google Drive, sheet, document, tag manager, merchant center, search console etc
Must be able to read, and analyze market and research data
Must be able to understand English in audio and written form
Must have good written English - good writing and grammar skills
Must have stable internet and good computer to handle multitasking
Accepted applicants will undergo training
Prefer:
Experience with ecommerce, branding and marketing is preferred but not required. Apply with the color "green" first in your title and tell me if you have a second monitor. You must be patient, flexible, self-starter, able to learn quickly and solve problems on your own.
