Outbound Sales Agent

AnswerSmart are a cold calling agency that specializes in making cold call enquiries on behalf of small businesses. Our customers are typically US and UK based small businesses and are looking for us to call their leads list to deliver appointments, follow-up enquiries or sales.

We are looking for a professional Outbound Sales Agent to join our Team. You will be employed on a hourly basis with a minimum of 25 hours per week. The hourly wage will be $1.75 and you will be paid weekly for your total hours worked.

Responsibilities:

- Calling a list of usually 50,100 or 150 numbers on behalf of our client. You will be using a Skype Upgrade to see actual info VOIP system.
- Reading and understanding the client brief. I will prepare this and it will explain the clients business.
- Reading and communicating the script.
- Working toward the client objective, such as appointment-setting or making a sale.

Skills we are looking for:

- Great English speaking in an American or British accent,
- Persuasive.
- Flexible to client objectives.
- Intelligent to understand many different client businesses and talk to their customers.

Experience we are looking for:

- Prior experience working in sales.
- Prior experience talking to customers over the phone in any capacity.
