FB Ads Manager for Real Estate and Service Business

We are looking for someone who is familiar with FB ads, optimizing, re targeting, FB Pixel setup. Also, a huge plus a if you are familiar with Real Estate and Service oriented businesses. We need someone who is familiar with copy/graphics and lead forms.
