Creative Director - Ecommerce - TikTok & FB Ads (Direct Response Advertising)

We're looking for a TikTok Creative Strategist to work with us on a part-time basis ~20hr/week in order to develop video creative ideas for early-stage ecommerce product based brands/stores running tiktok ads in various niches, such as fitness/fashion/jewelry/electronics.


What you'll be doing

1. Analyzing campaigns/ads creative performance
2. Identifying trends across all levels (ad-account trends, niche trends, audience trends)
3. Developing video concepts, scripts, ideas, formats, scenes, etc to expand on current existing top performing ads
4. Researching top competitors, spy tools, product pain points & buyer psychology, etc to develop brand new video concepts/ideas that will be used to generate brand new videos
5. Communicating with video editors, media buyers, influencer outreach team, etc


What's required

(REQUIRED) Deep understanding of differences between TikTok style native content vs other platforms (like fb, insta) and enjoyment + experience with the TikTok platform as a whole (trends, audios, etc)

(REQUIRED) Understanding of creatives/ads designed for purchases (direct response ads)

(REQUIRED) Communication skills - Must be fluent in English (View Loom Videos, Communicate With Team)

(Highly Preferred) Experience working with media buyers, video editors, and/or product researchers

(Highly Preferred) Experience working with a Ecommerce or Dropshipping Business

(Highly Preferred) Experience working as a media buyer in the past (understanding of data-driven creative decisions)
