Sasooness Law Group is looking for a Demand Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate is responsible for obtaining information, evidence, medical records, and billings.. This individual will prep lawsuits and draft demand letters to the appropriate insurance companies based on the facts surrounding the iUpgrade to see actual info.

Work Schedule: 40 hrs/week PST hrs.
Work Duration: Full-time
Rate:$5-6/hr

Responsibilities:
Draft pleadings and other documents such as declarations and exhibit lists
Draft demand letters in the settlement negotiation stage to effectively resolve cases
Draft well-written demand letters that clearly establish the facts of the case and outline the injuries and damages sustained by the Upgrade to see actual infolculate damages, including lost wages, property damage and medical expenses.
Identify and address issues, create persuasive liability arguments, explain medical injuries, and be able to articulate in detail how injuries have affected the Plaintiff.
Consult with attorneys and provide recommendations with regard to cost and time-effective ways to accomplish the client’s goals

Qualifications:
A proven track record of drafting successful demand letters
Strong written and verbal communication
Ability to work well on a team of attorneys, paralegals, case managers and medical records clerks
Ability to review and organize medical records and bills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Suite products
Solid data entry, spreadsheet management, and computer skills
