Job Role: Assistant Case Manager
Company: Sasooness Law Group
Work Schedule: 40 hrs/week Monday - Friday PST hrs.
Work Duration: Full-time
Rate: 5-6/hr
Commission Based only? No

Assistant Case Manager Responsibilities:
Assist attorney with all aspects of case management.
Keeping cases organized.
Direct communication with clients from the beginning of their case to the end, including providing case status Upgrade to see actual infomunicate with insurance companies to open client claims, determine liability, and provide claim status updates.
Schedule and coordinate with clients and medical providers regarding clients’ medical treatment.
Draft demand letters and legal documents to insurance companies with guidance and supervision from attorneys.
Direct negotiations with insurance companies regarding the value of your client’s case.
Qualifications:
A plus but not requiredd - can speak Spanish
Experience in drafting documents and managing case files is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships, and work both independently and collaboratively
Previous case management process experience is preferred- preferably as a personal injury case manager, or related jobs such as paralegal, legal secretary, or legal assistant at a law firm, non-profit, or human services agency
CRM and case management software experience a plus
Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Suite products
Solid data entry, spreadsheet management, and computer skills
