who are looking to buy facilities maintenance services
Relevant experience in Business, Marketing, or related fields
Candidates must be familiar with CRM tools, software, and practices along with the ability to build productive business professional Upgrade to see actual infoliverables :
Generate 5-10 warm leads per day
Creating and Uploading 2 Blog posts per month
Create 10-12 Posts/week across various platforms

• Sales funnel building
• Marketing plan and Monitor lead conversion and performance
• Proven experience in lead generation and prospecting
• Ability to analyze data and segment leads
Software & Platform Knowledge & Experience in the following:
Google Workspace
Canva
Linkedin Marketing Experience
Sales funnel building
Ad buying
Marketing Plan
Linked In
Asana, Slack, and Hubstaff
Calendly
Minimum of 1-2 years experience in marketing strategy, Lead generation, and managing social media
Experience with managing or creating content for paid and organic online media
Experience with B2B Marketing
Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
Strong understanding of SEO, tactics, and strategies
