Financial Due Diligence Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated Financial Due Diligence Associate to join our growing financial advisory firm. This individual will play a key role in supporting our due diligence teams on a variety of financial and operational projects for clients.

Responsibilities:

Support due diligence teams in the review and analysis of financial and operational information for potential investments and M&A transactions
Conduct financial modeling and analysis to support due diligence findings
Prepare presentations and reports to summarize findings for clients
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of projects
Assist in the preparation of project materials and reports for internal and external use
Stay current on industry trends, economic conditions, and market developments
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in financial analysis, due diligence, or corporate finance
Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
