Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound leads into our CRM and Chat Desk.
- Respond to new inbound inquiries within 10 minutes.
- Log into our stock platform, choose options and send it back to the client.
- Deal with all questions, and hand over the lead once they are ready to move forward.
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Demonstrating professional aptitude and ability to effectively convey skills, knowledge, and the best properties to clients that suit their specific set of requirements.
- Keep accurate records of sales and customer interactions using CRM software.
- Providing value-added service and exceeding client expectations.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a luxury travel or related industry.
- Proven ability to handle customer complaints and inquires in a professional manner.
- Strong understanding of the luxury travel industry.
- Ability to learn and research areas, services and activities in Cape Town
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
