THE ROLE:
- Write well-designed, testable, efficient code by using the latest web development best practices
- Develop websites to match our high-end designs down to the pixel
- Cooperate with web designers to match visual design intent
- Understanding of design aesthetics (i.e., the color, font, padding, responsiveness, and more)
- Create website layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS practices
- Integrate data from various back-end services and databases (i.e. triple seat, Calendly, Mailchimp, Hubspot, Live Chat, etc.)
- Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs
- Create and maintain website documentation and create post-launch training documents and videos for clients
- Be responsible for maintaining, expanding, and scaling our client sites
- Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them to operations and activities


WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Proven working experience in web programming in WordPress(Expert level skills working within WordPress)
- CODE in WP (not just building blocking templates like DIVI and Elementor Pro)
- Experience in managing Integrations
- Top-notch programming skills and in-depth knowledge of modern HTML/CSS
- Experience designing and developing responsive design websites
- Comfortable working with debugging tools like Firebug, Chrome inspector, etc.
- Ability to understand CSS changes and their ramifications to ensure consistent style across platforms and browsers
- Ability to convert comprehensive layouts and wireframes into working HTML pages
- Knowledge of how to interact with RESTful APIs and formats (JSON, XML)
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools {{such as Git, SVN, and Mercurial}}
- Strong understanding of PHP back-end development
- Candidate must have a strong understanding of UI, cross-browser compatibility, general web functions, and standards.
- Familiarity with at least one of the following programming languages: PHP, ASP.NET, Javascript, or Ruby on Rails
- A solid understanding of how web applications work including security, session management, and best development practices
- Adequate knowledge of relational database systems, Object Oriented Programming, and web application development
- Hands-on experience with network diagnostics, network analytics tools
- 5+ years of development experience.
- Experience building user interfaces for websites and/or web applications
- Ideally a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- A strong fundamental understanding of visual hierarchy and design.
- Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively to meet aggressive deadlines.
- Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory.
- Attention to detail is huge
- Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills
