JOB OVERVIEW

Hello there, Stradify Mgkt,  is seeking a candidate to perform a variety of marketing, develop and implement marketing plans, assist in daily sale department needs, and perform varied clerical tasks and administrative support duties to the management. This includes creating marketing materials, assisting our VP and directors to improve and manage online sales platforms, and refining digital marketing and social media strategies. This role will help organize marketing campaigns and support strategy to drive company growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES, but not limited to:

· Help identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation.
· Plan and execute all digital marketing, including marketing database, social media, and display advertising campaigns to support business growth.
· Social Media Marketing with platforms such as Instagram and Facebook.
· Update and manage all aspects of the Company’s social media presence, including developing and posting content, working with social media, and identifying new opportunities to expand social media presence to drive sales.
· Daily monitoring/posting and updates on social media, writing and editing content for Social Media and advertising.
· Update and maintain Companies’ websites, and manage e-commerce platforms, including but not limited to a Video Library, Email Blasts, Advertisements, and Web Content.
· Developing graphics for marketing collateral, print and online advertising, banners, cards, flyers, etc.
· Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
· Create marketing materials such as white papers, newsletters, case studies, and presentations.
· Help with the maintenance of a marketing database and other marketing-related activities, as needed.
· Able to work on multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
· Coordinate daily administrative tasks, including responding to prospective client inquiries and scheduling calls with the company’s sales representatives.
· Be able to assist with daily general office duties to ensure smooth operation.
· Provide administrative assistance to our sales team, VP, and Directors.
· Assist in sales promotions to implement our sales department strategies and meet our sales department goals.
· Answering and routing phone calls, organizing and scheduling appointments.
· Reconfirmation all bookings before departure promptly, making amendments as specified by the customers.
· Maintain positive customer relations and respond to customer issues with courtesy and a solution-oriented attitude. Solving customer complaints.


This isn’t your ordinary Executive Assistant role, you’ll be doing meaningful work while working along with the company’s C-Level executives.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

· 3+ years of administrated skills, customer service, and customer relations experience.
· At least two years of experience in digital marketing and graphic design.
· Skilled with Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
· Understanding of Google, Facebook, Twitter, and InstagraUpgrade to see actual infotric.
· Experiences in Adobe Photoshop, photo-taking, and video-creating skills.
· Must be Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel PowerPoint, and Outlook).
· Strong computer skills knowledge.
· Knowledge of supporting computer hardware, software, and servers will be a plus!
· Prefer experience in troubleshooting and repairing issues with various computer systems.
· Good understanding of office management, administration, and marketing experience.
· Advanced understanding of digital marketing strategies, social media, and SEO.
· Superior communication skills, including robust and effective writing, listening, and verbal.
· Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
· Must have experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
