JOB OVERVIEW

We're seeking a motivated, hard working admin assistant to help with the day-to-day tasks of running my Shopify store.

We sell jewellery to customers worldwide. As a store we have grown a lot over the past 2 years and it is time for our team to get a little bigger :-)

Your work amount will vary each week, so I propose we arrange to pay you a base rate/retainer of a nominal amount on a weekly basis ($15 per week), and then pay you by the hour for the additional work you do for us.

Required Skills:

Shopify: significant experience in store management, including:
- theme content adjustments (eg: make adjustments to a FAQ page text)
- product management including description edits, photo uploads, price adjustments
- experience in managing third party Shopify apps desirable but not essential

Klaviyo: some experience in Klaviyo admin, including:
- template adjustments
- flow adjustments

Nice-to-have skills/awareness:
- Canva experience
- Trello project management tool

We have a teaUpgrade to see actual infomber working on customer emails and order management. You may need to help them out at busy times, eg Black Friday/Christmas, but for most of the year you won't need to worry about emails or orders.

As a team we generally communicate on Skype and I'd also like to work with you over Trello, which is a tool that helps me plan the work that needs doing at our store. To help us understand who has read the full description, please add the word 'APPLE' to the subject line of your application :-)
