We're seeking a motivated, hard working admin assistant to help with the day-to-day tasks of running my Shopify store.
We sell jewellery to customers worldwide. As a store we have grown a lot over the past 2 years and it is time for our team to get a little bigger :-)
Your work amount will vary each week, so I propose we arrange to pay you a base rate/retainer of a nominal amount on a weekly basis ($15 per week), and then pay you by the hour for the additional work you do for us.
Required Skills:
Shopify: significant experience in store management, including:
- theme content adjustments (eg: make adjustments to a FAQ page text)
- product management including description edits, photo uploads, price adjustments
- experience in managing third party Shopify apps desirable but not essential
Klaviyo: some experience in Klaviyo admin, including:
- template adjustments
- flow adjustments
Nice-to-have skills/awareness:
- Canva experience
- Trello project management tool
