We're looking for an experienced and motivated Rockstar Cold Call Closer to join our rapidly growing web design/development & social media agency. Our ideal candidate is someone who has a proven track record of closing deals over the phone and has the ability to handle objections with ease.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our agency and its services
Build and maintain relationships with clients through excellent customer service and sales techniques
Qualify leads and determine the needs of each prospective client
Effectively communicate the value proposition and close deals over the phone
Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Keep accurate records of all sales and customer interactions in our CRM

Requirements:

Proven experience as a cold call closer in a sales environment
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time management skills
Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
A positive, energetic and enthusiastic attitude
