JOB OVERVIEW


AMAZON SPECIALIST:
Amazon Specialists facilitate and tactically act upon MAG services of PPC, SEO & Copy, Design, and Catalog Merchandising or Troubleshooting, to ensure work and services get properly delivered and executed to MAG’s client accounts.

Responsibilities:
• Ensuring quality assurance by working in a timely fashion. This includes working and updating tasks, submitting deliverables with pristine quality, providing assistance to project managers on their tasks, and effectively maintaining and communicating on ASANA and Slack.
• Managing catalog merchandising and/or troubleshooting tasks with proficiency, as well as producing sales and advertising reports.
• Produce competitor research/analysis, keyword research and optimization, SEO, and other related tasks.
• Identify and manage project plans, schedules, and timelines.

Qualifications:
• At least 1-year prior experience in Amazon, preferably in Catalog
• Strong understanding of Amazon paid ads
• Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving techniques
• Ability to take initiative and come up with creative solutions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Amazon-related certification is a big plus!

PROJECT MANAGER
We are seeking qualified and experienced Project Managers to join our team here at My Amazon Guy! The ideal candidate for this position will have prior experience in doing project management and be able to demonstrate successful project deliverables. A proven track record of leading, organizing and coordinating successful projects on time.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify project roadblocks and report immediately to the Brand Manager and/or other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers who may be affected by the problem..
Liaise with other colleagues at MAG to ensure that we serve our clients to the best of our abilities.
Regularly check Client Project boards and Guild boards to ensure that tasks are worked on and Upgrade to see actual infolegate tasks according to teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to ensure that everybody has enough to work on and that all teaUpgrade to see actual infombers have enough tasks to work on for the entire day.
Report to the Brand Manager when the team is in need of more tasks.
Learn proper sheet management and apply tech savviness to get the job done as efficiently as possible.
Produce Sales and Advertising Reports.
Assist with catalog merchandising and/or troubleshooting tasks with proficiency. This includes manual updates, uploads, and flat files when personal task bandwidth is low.
Report team productivity to Brand Managers.
Distribute the load of work to the teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and assign them to the correct specialists.
Hold teaUpgrade to see actual infombers accountable for assigned tasks and task completion.
Assist with SEO-related reports to deliver to the client. Must be able to work with our company tools to produce and revise copy based on clients’ requests.
Learn Amazon Compliance to assist the team QA in reviewing deliveries. Ensure that task management steps are aligned with MAG’s best practices.

Qualifications:
Prior experience of doing virtual assistance and project management-related tasks.
Proactive with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrable success in managing complex and multifaceted projects
Problem-solving skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
G Suite, Asana and Amazon experience is a plus!

Expectations:
• 40 hours a week, 8 hours a day
• Permanent WFH setup
• The work schedule is in Eastern Standard Time (Monday to Friday only)
• A dual Monitor setup is required (at least 8GB of RAM)
• Must have at least 25 MBPS internet speed
